Meet Debbie

Debbie has been practicing yoga for nearly a decade, and has been an avid fitness fanatic her whole adult life. She has been teaching yoga since 2017, completing her first 200 hour teacher certification in the hatha yoga discipline.  She loves sharing her passion for this practice with her students as they continually discover the amazing benefits of yoga, both mentally and physically. Always a student, she subsequently completed a 200 hour certification in Inferno Pilates, and most recently became 200 hour certified in Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She has additional certifications in Yin Yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation.

To extend her knowledge and desire to give more fully to her clients’ total wellness, Debbie has also completed comprehensive programs in health and nutrition, and is a certified health and nutrition coach that uses a multifaceted and holistic approach to helping you discover how good you are meant to feel in your body and your life.

A teacher by trade, she has swapped the preschool classroom from her first career for the yoga mat.  She is also a runner, a wife, a mother of 2 (nearly) adult children, and loves to cook and bake.  Debbie is deeply invested in living a healthy lifestyle, and would like to inspire the world to be their happiest, healthiest self. She truly believes that everyone can benefit from a movement practice and the mindfulness that goes along with it to live your best life.  It is her aim to support you as you endeavor to reach AND MAINTAIN your health and fitness goals.

Debbie teaches a wide variety of classes, and really values the way all of these modalities complement each other.  She loves getting to know her students, and is extremely grateful to be a part of the process and growth she sees in all of them. Her classes are challenging but compassionate, with a strong focus on alignment and breath, and of course, mindfulness! She is also excited to now offer opportunities to work with her in her health and nutrition programs.

Looking forward to meeting you!
