There are limitless possibilities in the powerful connection between mind and body. In our classes we explore mindful movement through yoga and pilates, combining modern exercise science with traditional yoga and pilates techniques and philosophy. Health. Wellness. Balance. Mindfulness. Strength. Movement. I believe that everyone can benefit from these practices, and more than that, everyone can do it! It is my intention to make yoga, pilates, strength training, and meditation accessible to everyone through fully led, multilevel appropriate classes where anyone can participate and thrive.
